A simply beautiful gem Sinhalite of the very highest quality. While these are now found in a few localities worldwide, they remain most commonly encountered in the locale for which they are named - Sri Lanka. Always fairly scarce, they are doubly so when cut as precision 10 mm round brilliants. Furthermore, the gem is loupe clean and the color is quite good - not at all dark for these. A lively and bright example of an underrated rarity.
