An outstanding example of this classic gem material.  There is such a range of quality in these it is startling - transparency, clarity, strength of the chatoyancy, polish - all of these must come together to raise a stone above the fray.  This gem is a treat - the gem is fully transparent, with a complete, bright and (outstanding!) laser sharp eye that is both perfectly centered and fully mobile.  The transparency of the stone deserves special mention - even the best stones on the market today are often 'milky' and less than fully transparent.  A great polish and a flat base with no wasted depth round out the attributes. Absolutely superb stone.
