Fascinating in any light, this is one of the most outstanding newer materials that we have seen in recent years.  This unique example is what happens when you ask to see the ‘oddball’ stones - a wild and very large Hematite crystal is front and center while Magnetite crystals below provide the classic and colorful lattice effect. And, of course, the gem is Orthoclase - that is to say, 'Moonstone' with its full adularescent qualities intact.  So you have this great looking piece that can surprise when rotated - the billowy effect of Moonstone flashing across the surface.  A particularly unique and fine example, don’t expect to see many like this one.
