A resplendent example of a truly fine Arizona Fire Agate. There is a huge variation in quality among this material - most has a decent degree of spectral colors but only occasionally do you see one that is capable of stopping you in your tracks. In addition to the material itself, it is equally important that the stone is polished correctly. Rather than taking the easy route of a standard domed cab, the correct way of polishing these is to follow the color in all dimensions; resulting in a rise and fall of height across the surface of the stone. Magnificent colors, great size and from the most famed of Arizona localities, this one is simply fantastic.
