Ordering Information
Ordering from TGT is easy. For the regular site inventory there is the option of a shopping cart with checkout. For the items newly listed each month, just send an email to us at info@thegemtrader.com and let us know which stone(s) you are interested in. We will be happy to forward a secure credit card checkout link or PayPal money request. If you do not already have an account with PayPal, setting one up is simple and can be done by following this link.
Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your order, not just satisfied. As such, we have a no questions asked 7 day return period (less shipping) on all items, provided they are returned in original condition. Just drop us a line with your intent to return and all the necessary info will be emailed back to you.
If a stone has an issue, we try to make sure we mention it in the description. Though we strive to represent our stones as completely as possible, we realize that ordering gem materials over the web is less than ideal. Thus, our return policy to help reassure you in purchasing.
