Late last year we were shown a few pieces of a special new project from Atelier Munsteiner. The Generation Cut is a collaborative effort between Tom and his equally legendary father Bernd and is truly something quite special. As both father and son have distinct styles, it is often possible to distinguish their stones on sight. Here, Bernd has designed and cut the crown of the gem of and Tom has added his signature open circle to the pavilion design. A superb gem, finished to the highest quality using a perfect color Citrine. These are not going to be widely produced and come with a special certificate signed by both. A stunner!
