Measurements: 14.9 x 12.4 mm
One of the largest and best examples we have handled from this very limited (and now older) find in Zambia. Originally thought to be Emerald when found these, quite unusually, tested out as Tourmaline. This is not a growth pattern that is common at all in Tourmaline and to have the graphite inclusions forming this lovely approximation of a trapiche pattern is quite rare. A really lovely stones with a fine, bright bodycolor and good contrast. One side is polished and the other has been left as the crystal surface. These are entirely gone from the market at this point.
