From the newer find of this material in Madagascar comes this fantastic gem that presents the full spectral flash of this material in a novel way. Rather than simply cab this piece, the cutter has created a polished geometric shape. This perfectly draws out the colors this material is capable of - greens, blues, oranges and reds. Given the price of faceted material, it is rather surprising this wasn't simply treated as facet rough. Fun and dynamic piece - the colors are largely hidden when the stone is taken out of direct lighting.
