A fascinating (and large!) faceted Fluorite from a US locale. If you think the color appears somewhat less than a pure green, that is because the stone holds a unique surprise; though completely green face-up, just rotate the stone and you can see that, in fact, there is a band of deep purple color that runs across the length of the stone. This is only apparent at an angle and simple disappears otherwise. Very unique indeed. Great looking custom cut and quite a sizable stone.
