Together with purple, pink is one of the most unusual colors for gemmy Apatite. We occasionally have offered a few stones over the years, but we can’t recall ever having one with the added quality of strong fluorescence. Under longwave UV, the gem glows a bright orange. In normal lighting, the stone is a pleasant light and bright pink, a bit better even than the photo would have you believe. An interesting, one-off rarity.
