A classic deeply colored Purple Spinel in a fine brilliant cut. This material has long been associated with Sri Lanka and continues to be an important part of gem production there. Each year, fine larger stones get scarcer and we are seldom able to offer these at 'old' price points. Perfectly clean, the dark tone is helped considerably by the fine cutting and polish. Quite lovely and affordable.
