Benitoite matched pairs of any size have all but disappeared from the market. With the emphasis on producing the largest stones possible (common for such a rare material), pairs were never a top priority among the producers of these. Now that nearly all the rough capable of producing stones of any size is gone, the scarcity is even more noticeable. This is a superb pair - a fine, loupe clean and now quite large accent set for easy use in jewelry. The color is absolutely top - a really lovely set. Have a look around, sizable accent pairs are just not available.
